AML Verification Expansion for USDT & USDC
AML verification support has been expanded to additional stablecoin networks. When AML checks are enabled, transactions are automatically submitted for risk assessment using the same flow as other supported currencies.
Now supported:
USDT: ERC20, TRC20, BEP20
USDC: ERC20, BEP20
Withdrawing Funds with AML Risk
Withdrawals now support balances containing funds received from addresses flagged by AML checks.
When your balance includes such funds, the Select funds to withdraw modal opens first. It separates the funds into Main balance and AML risk balance and offers three options:
All funds (selected by default)
High AML risk funds only
Non-high AML risk funds only
The next step shows the selected option in the modal title and the balance for the selected funds.
A deposit address that has received flagged funds is never reused for new payments, whether or not the deposit was resolved.
Saved Withdrawal Wallets
This update improves the withdrawal flow and adds the ability to manage saved withdrawal addresses. Users can open the address book and choose a saved withdrawal address for the selected currency.
Pre-filled Address on Refund
When initiating a refund, the address field in the Refund modal is now automatically populated with the originating address from which the funds were received. The address can be manually edited before confirming the refund.
Removal of Local Currency Setting
The Local currency setting has been removed and is no longer available in the interface.
Fixes
The Resolve action is now available for deposits flagged with a high or severe AML risk level. Previously, only Refund was available for such deposits. Both actions can now be used to handle flagged deposits.
Fixed an issue in Gateway → Payment methods where cancelling the confirmation dialog for activating a currency still switched the toggle on.
The Dashboard now lists only issues that still require action. Resolved AML transactions have been removed from the unresolved transactions table.
Fixed refunds of deposits flagged with a high AML risk level: the refund could stall without being sent or display an incorrect or zero amount.
Fixed the Resolve dialog showing the number and total amount of all transactions in a deposit instead of only the flagged transaction.
Fixed an error when a BEP20 address was requested for a payment that already had an ETH address.
BTC and LTC withdrawals no longer run an unnecessary consolidation transaction, reducing network fees and confirmation times. Funds in transit during a withdrawal remain visible in the balance.
Fixed the layout of the language switcher in the footer on tablet.
Fixed an issue where the language changed incorrectly after a redirect.
